1922 Middlesbrough F198 EXCELLENT+ Casket Pattreiouex deluxe box rare card, only issued in the most costly boxes of this brand's cigarettes - which is why these large-size team cards are so rare. The single player, small team and action cards were issued in regular packets of smokes; the larger tams only in top-price table-top deluxe wooden boxes, beyond most people's wallets in 1922.
