1928 rare trade card from Italy of Georg Knopfle, of Furth & Germany v possibly Andrade, of Uruguay. Yes, the light of the card seems to be too pale for Andrade's skin tone but... strange things were done with photos back then! Germany lost 1 v. 4 to Uruguay in this June 1928 Olympic Games match - now considered by FIFA to be a full international equal to a World Cup match - the Olympics were the closest thing there was, before 1930, to a World Cup.
