While Giovanni Ferrari holds the record for the top number of appearances (34) for Italy, and Meazza has the goals-scored record (29) Reguzzoni took the competition's Golden Boot award in 1934, with 10 goals in one season. Notably Meazza took the same in 1930 and 1936.
